The 4Afrika Internship Program provides a world class job training experience to qualified students in our Microsoft Africa locations. The program kicks off with a one week Onboarding and orientation event in our South Africa Office and includes a signature team building activity to get the interns energized for the intense year ahead.
This is an intensive 12 month internship program specifically designed for unemployed, qualified junior & senior undergraduates in a 3-5 year university degree or an advanced degree (masters or MBA). Explore 4Afrika offers the opportunity to experience working at Microsoft Africa through hands-on training and group project experiences. Successful 4Afrika Graduate Interns would qualify to be part of our full time Microsoft Graduate (MACH) hires in Africa.
Completed degree – Business, Science, Engineering, Marketing, Computer/IT-related majors
Less than 12months full-time working experience
Currently located in the following locations – Johannesburg, Lagos, Windhoek, Gaborone, Nairobi, Abidjan, Dakar, Yaoundé, Addis Ababa, Port Louis,

WHO IS QUALIFIED TO APPLY:
Highly motivated University Graduates or undergraduates with excellent academic performance and a passion for technology. A preference in Science, Engineering and Business Majors.
How many interns are you enrolling per year?
Up to 100 Interns per year in both the 4Afrika Graduate and Undergraduate Internship program. First intake would be admitted into the program in January/February and the second batch in June/July.
What can I expect to do during the 4Afrika Internship program?
You will work in a team to complete projects for your group through which you will gain exposure to: Sales, Marketing, Retail, Operations, IT and Business development opportunities within Microsoft.
